Prices shown on our website are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR) and absolute. For any system or input errors, we are entitled to change prices without prior notification. Price shown on the product page is the price for one item of that product. Total price will be shown after you place orders, after being added by shipping costs.
Total price for shipping abroad will be adjusted to customs and tax policies according to the destination country.
We always try our best to check our product quality thoroughly, if you find any damage to your products, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Our team will check your problems. If the damage is indeed due to process failures from us, we will replace your products (if the same products are still in stock) or fully refund your payment.
We have displayed care instructions on each product page. We are not responsible for any damage caused by your negligence in following the care instructions given.
You can see your order status, purchase history, and shipping receipt on your account page from this website or in your email.
A successfully placed order will be given a notification email which contains detailed information about the order. If you have not received an email, check your email’s ‘Spam’ or contact our Customer Service.
Products in high demand may sell out quickly, so please note that adding items to your shopping cart does not mean the products are reserved for you – you will have to finish the whole order placement process immediately to make sure you get a hold of the products you want to purchase.
While placing your orders, please make sure that you have thoroughly checked the products, size, and quantity that you want. We are entitled to cancel or not proceed your orders if your payment is unable to be validated due to reasons such as different account holder’s name. We also reserve the right to not proceed with your orders if the product is out of stock or if there are any system errors. We will fully refund your payment.
The time limit for payments is 1X24 hours after checking out. Within that time, you should also confirm your payment through the ‘Payment Confirmation’ link on our website. If you do not make your payments and confirmation within the time limit given, your orders will be cancelled automatically. You may order again, but please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the products you have placed before. If you have any problems regarding your payments, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
