  • Do I need an account to order?

Yes. You need an account to order so you can track your orders, purchase history, and get the latest updates.

 

  • Is my personal information safe?

Syajara guarantees to keep all of the information you have given through this website private and safe. We will never disclose it to anyone. All of our customers’ data are kept for our company’s use only.

 

  • I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

You can click the ‘Forgot Password’ link and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. After that, you simply need to follow the instructions given.

 

  • Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, once you have checked out, your orders cannot be changed. If you want to change your item, you can place a new order.

 

  • Can I edit my shipping address?

You can only change your shipping address before you check out on your account page. If you want to change your shipping address after you check out, you need to place a new order.

Payment

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept payments via Bank Transfer.

  • How do I confirm my payments?

You can click the ‘Payment Confirmation’ link on the upper right side of our website. You need to fill in all information columns on the Payment Confirmation page and upload a proof of payment. After that, you only have to wait while our team verifies your payments and process your orders immediately.

 

  • I have not received any payment confirmation. What should I do?

You should receive a payment confirmation email right after your payment has been successfully received. If you still have not received any confirmation emails in your inbox or spam, please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance.

Shipping Policy

  • What shipping courier do you use?

We will ship your orders using JNE & Sicepat services.

 

  • Is shipping via GoJek or Grab available?

Unfortunately we currently do not provide shipping via GoJek or Grab.

 

  • When will my orders be shipped?

Shipments are carried out within our working days and business hours:

Monday – Friday: 09.00 – 17.00 (excluding public holidays)

Orders that are received outside our business hours will be processed in the next working day.

 

  • How long until I receive my orders?

Estimated delivery time depends on your shipping address, as follows:

Jabodetabek & Bandung Area: 1-3 days

Outside Jabodetabek area: 4-10 days

Shipping details will be given in confirmation email.

 

If you still have not received your order after the time period stated above, please contact our Customer Service.

Products

  • Can I return or exchange my products?

If you find any defects or damage on your products that are caused by our production process or if you receive a product in the wrong size/color/model caused by our team’s negligence, we will exchange your products (if it is still in stock) or fully refund your payment. All shipping costs will be our responsibility entirely. Please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance.

 

However, if you happen to have a change of mind, we currently cannot provide returns or exchanges. So please read our product descriptions thoroughly before placing orders.

 

  • The product I want is sold out, when can I buy it?

We do not have a specific time for launching new collections or restocks. Keep yourself updated by following our instagram page @syajara or subscribing to our newsletter.

 

  • How do I know if Syajara has any promos?
